HIFI is one of the few places where the mission and the day-to-day work genuinely line up. We’re solving hard problems in payments and stablecoins, and doing it alongside people who care deeply about quality and impact. It’s energizing to be part of a team that is shaping how modern finance actually works.

From the day I started at HIFI, I have had the opportunity to help build the future of payments from the ground up in a fast growing industry. I work on ensuring we remain compliant in the payments space while navigating the challenges that arise, all in an environment where my insight is genuinely valued and I’m surrounded by a passionate, driven team.

Working in compliance at HIFI has been an incredible experience. Getting to sit at the cutting edge of finance and technology while creating and implementing policy around that can feel electrifying. Doing this while working alongside a team of brilliant individuals who are just as passionate as I am has been amazing experience and I can’t wait to see how this industry matures.
