Private Settlement Workflows

HIFI Private Transactions enable permissioned transfers on the Canton Network.  Only authorized parties can see the transaction details.  Balances, flows, and settlement steps remain hidden from the public network and other participants.

This gives institutions the ability to move value confidentially, securely, and in full compliance.

Private interbank settlement

Two regulated institutions settle value on Canton with transaction details visible only to the involved counterparties.  No external visibility.  No signaling.

Market- maker and liquidity- provider flows

Settle bilateral trades and obligations privately, without revealing inventory, strategy, or market intent.

Tokenized cash settlement

Transfer tokenized cash or cash-like instruments privately between approved institutions.  Maintain full confidentiality over amounts, timing, and counterparies.  

Treasury balance movements

Move balances between your own entities, business units, or accounts without exposing positions or liquidity flows to the rest of the network.

Clearing and payment networks

Execute permissioned settlement between network participants. Visibility rules are enforced, predictable, and auditable.
